Open accounts may be set up with approved credit otherwise all shipments will be C.O.D. All invoices are due and payable Net 10th of the following month unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

1.5% monthly service charge prorated for fraction of a month will be charged on any balance which is 30 days or more past due.

If amount is not paid according to term, it may be placed on C.O.D. or payment may be required prior to shipment.
